Uhaveshop handles all print requests in a queue, thoroughly verifying each task on the list to ensure nothing is overlooked. Our engineers have dedicated significant time to developing this system, ensuring a task error rate of less than 0.5%.

Unforeseen issues can occasionally arise in the network, such as during peak hours or temporary internet outages, which may result in print tasks getting stuck in the queue. Uhaveshop’s system routinely scans the list to ensure any stuck tasks are promptly handled and cleared.

Printers that support EPSON commands do not require driver installation in our system. Once you connect your printer via an RJ45 network and print a test receipt to obtain its IP address, simply enter the IP into the Uhaveshop Admin Panel and assign it to a category or staff position. The printer will then function reliably.

Uhaveshop takes great pride in the flexibility of its printing network. We support customized setups tailored to your needs. For example, you can assign multiple local printers to different staff positions within a local network while still accepting AirPrint orders from the cloud. Both networks integrate seamlessly into a unified system.

You can ask for tailoring based on uhaveshop APP, like link to third-party Platforms or APIs, your local SMS suppliers, and your specific email systems. It is all up to your needs.
